TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HOSTA TRAINING

Payment for participants attending courses

• Payment is required prior to the commencement of courses.

• Tax invoices must be paid within 14 days from the date of issue.

Refund /Credit Policy

• Full refunds of fees and charges will be granted if a course is cancelled by HOSTA due to insufficient bookings.

• In the event of a course cancellation, participants are eligible to transfer to another training date or a full refund.

• If a participant is unable to attend a course they are enrolled in due to illness, a credit will be given which will remain for a 3 month period. If the credit is not utilised within the 3 month period, it will be forfeited.

We will not issue refunds or credits for:

• Participants that do not attend their scheduled course.

• Participants who do not complete their course.

• Notice of cancellation is under 14 days of their course.
